Members Hainan Provincial International Cultural Exchange Centre Hainan Provincial International Cultural Exchange Centre (HPICEC) was established in 1992, and is affiliated with Hainan Provincial Department of Culture, Radio, Film, Television, Publication and Sports Functions. The centre specializes in organizing international culture exchange activities for civilians. Our major aim is to organize exchange and academic activities, performances, exhibitions, competitions, training sessions, academic conferences, film-making with countries around the world in areas of culture, art, academics, education, economy, science and etc. With multi-levels, inter-disciplinary, diverse forms of activities, our centre hopes to enhance understanding and friendship between people in different countries and contribute to Hainan’s economic development, scientific improvement, and cultural prosperity. From the establishment in 1992, our centre has organized more than 100 exchange activities, and received foreign visiting groups and individuals of more than thousand people. We also set up cooperation with organizations, groups and individuals in dozens of countries and areas.
